Description:APCO Institute’s Supervisor Illuminations program is an annual subscription-based service that allows you to obtain topic-specific, at-your-desk continuing education.
Supervisor Illuminations includes monthly topics of particular interest to managers and supervisors at ECCs, although the track is open to anyone. Subscribers earn one CDE for each monthly course completed for a total of up to 12 CDE hours for the year.

Join us this month as we explore positive accountability in ECC leadership, not as punishment, but as a consistent standard of professionalism, fairness, and doing what’s right. This course will show leaders practical tools for reinforcing expectations, recognizing strong performance, and addressing concerns early before they become bigger issues. We’ll also present simple, budget-friendly ways to build morale through appreciation, consistency, and team-focused accountability.
