Institute Book Orders
Only APCO current certified instructors can purchase APCO Institute Books. Your order is complete when you click submit at the end of the process.
Please be advised that effective January 1, 2022, APCO will introduce the CTO 6th Edition, which includes the new CTO 6th Edition course manual. CTO 5th Edition manuals will NOT be available for purchase after December 31, 2021. However, CTO 5th Edition affidavits will only be accepted for classes taught with an end date no later than June 30, 2022, and must be received by mail or submitted via Agency Classes in Training Central within ten days of the course end date.
Any unused CTO 5th Edition books may be exchanged for a cost of $30 per manual until December 31, 2022.
Please use the book exchange form found in the CTO 6th Edition Agency Instructor Community in PSConnect and affix CTO 5th Edition book stickers to the form. Credit on account is not applicable.
Due to global shipping and supply chain issues, APCO recommends allowing extra time for course manuals to be delivered, and that you order manuals as early as possible.
Select the appropriate shipping method. Costs will auto calculate and display in the shopping cart.
Your shipping fees will be an approximate amount. Actual fees will be calculated after you have completed your order. APCO Institute staff will contact you if additional fees are required. Please follow the steps below to complete your order:
- Ground: allow up to 15 days; The cost is 9% of the cost of manuals being ordered (pre-tax).
- 2-Day: allow two business days; The cost is 14% of the cost of manuals being ordered (pre-tax).
- Next Day: Pricing is based upon the number of books ordered.
- 1 – 10 manuals ordered are 20% of the cost of manuals ordered (pre-tax).
- 11+ manuals ordered are 18% of the cost of manuals ordered (pre-tax).
MUST be received by 2 pm Eastern Time for same day shipping.
