Process Change for Agency Courses

Course Manual Stickers: Previously, course manual numbers were included on stickers. This is to advise all APCO agency instructors that the course manuals no longer include stickers – all course manual numbers are now sent by email after orders are approved. The numbers can be easily copied and pasted when filing affidavits of training online. Please ensure you enter the full number, including the three-letter prefix.

Filing Affidavits Online: Affidavits of Training may now be filed online. Online submission ensures your students' certifications are processed faster than if the affidavit is submitted by mail. Please note that effective January 1, 2024, only Affidavits of Training submitted online will be accepted. APCO will no longer accept submissions by mail. If you have questions, please contact

Due to global shipping and supply chain issues, APCO recommends allowing extra time for course manuals to be delivered, and that you order manuals as early as possible.
Select the appropriate shipping method. Costs will auto calculate and display in the shopping cart.
  • Ground: allow up to 15 days; The cost is 9% of the cost of manuals being ordered (pre-tax).
  • 2-Day: allow two business days; The cost is 14% of the cost of manuals being ordered (pre-tax).
  • Next Day: Pricing is based upon the number of books ordered.
    • 1 – 10 manuals ordered are 20% of the cost of manuals ordered (pre-tax).
    • 11+ manuals ordered are 18% of the cost of manuals ordered (pre-tax).

    MUST be received by 2 pm Eastern Time for same day shipping.

    FedEx requires an adult signature upon delivery
International Shipping Your shipping fees will be an approximate amount. Actual fees will be calculated after you have completed your order. APCO Institute staff will contact you if additional fees are required. Please follow the steps below to complete your order:

Tax Exempt Florida residents: If your agency is tax exempt you MUST fax in a copy of the certificate to (386) 322-9766 before your order will be shipped.

  • To pay with a Purchase Order:
    • You MUST submit a copy of the Purchase Order before your order will be shipped. You may upload the Purchase Order on the payment screen, or fax a copy of the Purchase Order to (386) 322-9766.
    • New Jersey residents MUST mail a hard copy of the Purchase Order before your order will be shipped.

  • To pay with a Check:
    • Check MUST be received in our offices before your order will be shipped.
