Service in Tennessee: APCO Chapter Vice-President, President and Executive Council Representative (2015-2020); Tennessee NENA Legislative Committee member (2015); Tennessee Emergency Communications Board (Member/Vice-Chair, 2018-Present); Police/Fire Dispatcher—City of Chattanooga (2004-2008); Training/Quality Assurance Specialist—Hamilton County ECD (2008-2013); Communications Center Supervisor—City of Brentwood (2013-2016); Director—Williamson County DoEC (2016-2020); Director—Metro Nashville DEC (2020—Present).

Service with APCO Intl: Institute Instructor (2015-2020); Editorial Committee (Vice-Chair/Chair, 2010-2015); Group Leader (2015-2019); Gulf Coast Regional Representative to the Board of Directors (2020-Present). In this new role, I want to continue supporting the strength of the Association—YOU! APCO is not the Executive Committee or the Board of Directors or the Commercial Advisory Council—it is you and your experience within your agency or business. Your Chapter. Your Region. Your network of trusted public safety professionals doing the work you are gifted and entrusted to do. Our future lies solely within the knowledge, inspiration, innovation and cooperation among our members—within and between each of us.
