Project 43 Working Groups
A number of major technological developments
on the horizon will have the effect of transforming PSAPs of the future into a
nerve center for managing data-rich communications via broadband technology
with 9-1-1 callers and first responders. Project 43 working groups have been formed to help the profession sort
through the implications of broadband on PSAPs, specifically focusing on
cybersecurity, governance, operations, technical, training and workforce.
