Young Professional Committee
The Young Professional Committee creates and implements programs to assist professional members 35 years of age or younger. Works to enhance opportunities for young professional participation by creating a platform to build relationships and create professional awareness. Encourages young professionals to become active in their community and leaders in the public safety industry.
- Highlight
young leaders and encourage members under 35 to find ways to be leaders within
the ECC's and APCO.

the benefits of APCO membership for young professionals.
- Those
attending national conference may attend committee events which includes an onsite service project.
- Must be under 35 to serve.
- Bulk
of work occurs Sept-Oct & Feb-June.
- Monthly
Conference calls as needed – much work occurs via e-mail
- No travel required.
