Committee Enhancement Initiative (CEI) Phase 4 Task Force
Scope: The scope of this task force is two-fold: 1. Identify and make recommendations of new/future committees and related goals/deliverables that should be formed to fill any gaps between today’s committee structure and the long range strategic plan; and 2. review the current call for participation process and make recommendations to improve the experience for members and increase participation.
