. Educator dues
$29. The Educator Member category is reserved for individuals, not already employed in the public safety communications profession, and are educators at the secondary or post-secondary level supporting an academic program or school-sponsored extracurricular activity designed to introduce and prepare students for a career in public safety communications.

. Student dues
$29. The Student Member category is reserved for individuals, not already employed in the public safety communications profession, who meet one of the below criteria:
  • full-time or part-time students enrolled in a post-secondary academic program studying Public Safety Communications, Emergency Management, Criminal Justice, Fire Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or other related fields, with an interest in pursuing a career in public safety communications;
  • or any high school students enrolled in an academic program or school-sponsored extracurricular activity designed to introduce and prepare students for a career in public safety communications;
  • if serving as an intern or trainee (whether paid or unpaid) for an agency for a period not to exceed one year. This may also extend to individuals exercising a gap year in their schooling or those within one year of graduating from a qualifying program.

. Full Tier 1 dues

$104. Voting members of the Association, these Full Members must be employed by or retired from a government entity or a contractor of a government entity and are responsible for the design, construction, installation, maintenance, command, and operation of public safety systems and supporting information systems.

$136. If you work or reside in California, Louisiana or Oregon, select this option for Full Membership.

$79. Individuals who perform non-administrative and/or non-supervisory functions within their public safety communications agency. Voting privileges are not extended to associate members.

$175. Individuals who supply products or perform services for public safety industry meet the qualifications of this member category. Voting privileges are not extended to commercial members.
